  The Friends Of The Library are a group of Hopkins Countians that donate money (via membership dues in amounts of their choosing) to the Hopkins County-Madisonville Public Library. The money in the Friends Fund goes towards different items that the Library needs. Also, there are members of the Friends group that come in to the library on Tuesday mornings. They volunteer their time and efforts to assist the library with the different tasks that need to be accomplished.
